Rights and Obligations of the Parties 5.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Services to the Customer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Offer. 5.2. The Customer undertakes to pay for the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Offer and provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of the Services. 5.3. The Parties undertake to keep confidential all information received from each other during the provision of the Services. 6. Liability of the Parties 6.1.
