Refund

Refund When making an online payment using a bank card, cash refunds are not allowed. The refund process is regulated by the rules of international payment systems:

1. The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer, the refusal must be made within 14 days.

2. The return of goods of proper quality is possible if their appearance, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods, are preserved.

3. The consumer has no right to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the person who purchased them.

4. In case of a consumer's refusal of the goods, the seller must return the amount paid by the consumer no later than ten days from the day of the consumer's request.

To receive a refund on a bank card, it is necessary to fill out the "Refund Application," which is sent by the company to the email address upon request, and send it together with a copy of the identity document to the office@idp-ae.com address. The refund will be made to the bank card within 30 business days from the date of receiving the "Refund Application" by the Company. To receive a refund for transactions made in error, it is necessary to submit a written application together with a copy of the identity document and receipts/acknowledgments confirming the erroneous debit. This application must be sent to the office@idp-ae.com address. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The processing time of the Application and refund calculation starts from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in business days, excluding holidays/weekends. Cases of payment failure: • The bank card is not intended for online payments, which can be verified by contacting your issuing bank; • Insufficient funds on the bank card. More information on the availability of funds on your payment card can be obtained by contacting the bank that issued the bank card; • Incorrect bank card details entered; • The expiration date of the bank card has passed. The card expiration date is usually indicated on the front of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). More information about the card expiration date can be obtained by contacting the issuing bank.
